Grief doesn’t have to prevent you from living an extraordinary life, and in many cases, it can be the catalyst for making big life changes.  My mission is to help you realize your full potential, regardless of what you’ve been through in the past. After losing my losing sister suddenly in 2013, my whole life turned upside down. I had no idea how to deal with the shock and grief and it took me years to come to terms with her death. But I was determined to make something positive from my devastating experience. So, I became a Professional Certified Life and Grief Coach and work with people virtually to help them find meaning after their loss. I've been coaching since 2015 and absolutely love it. It is my purpose and my passion.
