Life Story Club combats loneliness and social isolation by creating small social clubs for older adults to share life stories and easily build friendships.

Life Story Club combats loneliness and social isolation by creating small social clubs for older adults to share life stories and easily build friendships.
Our small and individualized life story workshops enable participants to bond with fellow community members over life experiences, and to audio record their stories in a life legacy project. In each workshop, our participants--or storytellers, as we like to call them--have the opportunity to exchange their meaningful life stories with other participants in the group. An experienced workshop facilitator comes to each session with two prompt ques11 In these life story workshops, our storytellers strengthen their social connections and know their life stories are respected, valued, and remembered.
