Voices From the Front Lines: An Open Mic

Hosted by Erin Reeve

All are invited to hear stories, songs, and reflections from healthcare workers who have been on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic.

All are invited to join Erin Reeve, MD, a palliative care physician at Cedars-Sinai, in a virtual open mic on Zoom as we hear stories, songs, and reflections from healthcare workers who have been on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 2020 pandemic has placed enormous burden on our healthcare system, requiring workers to adapt to constantly changing guidelines, a scarcity of equipment and fear for personal safety, and the witnessing of so much death and loss. Still today, there remain so many questions about COVID-19 and healthcare workers must face their own vulnerability as we navigate the unknown together.

While the “mic” will only be open to front line healthcare workers, we strongly encourage anyone and everyone to attend, listen, and show support in the audience.

Instructions about how to sign up to share at the open mic will be sent after registering for the event. We hope to see you there!
