Together, we will experience how breath, community and identity may contribute to liberation; therefore, garnering groundedness in time of transition. Through the co-creation of this sacred community, we will access our innate power through experiential practices. We will activate a breath work practice, interconnecting us together through kindness and support for ourselves and to each other. Connection to our stories about racial/cultural identity as a gratitude practice will be shared. An opportunity for expressive writing will allow us express our beingness and grief. Welcoming, listening and empathy will be held in this space. You are invited to wear clothes/items and/or bring materials, which expresses your BIPOC identity. Let us gather in gratitude to your ancestors and to you for your existence.

  • Please Bring: an item that expresses your BIPOC identity, pen and paper, candle, and if you feel called, wear clothes which express this identity.
