Nurses, healthcare professionals, and community: join Roshni & Rebecca of Marigolde as we gather to honor the life and memory of Alex Pretti, one of our own.
We will welcome guest speakers to share their poetry, and engage in a short guided journaling session for communal grief tending.
Through poetry & prose, we will give words to our collective grief as we examine how we as nurses and healthcare providers have collective power to shape the future of public health, justice, and safety in our communities.
We believe that the intersectionality of grief, health care and community care is essential and inherently political. It is our mission at Marigolde to create grief inclusivity in healthcare, for clinicians and healthcare workers, as well as for our patients and their families.
Nurses, healthcare workers, and anyone in the community dedicated to this work are welcome to join us.
