Winter 2026 Reimagine Collaborator Gathering

This virtual gathering is intended for all Reimagine collaborators who have already created an account with us. We warmly welcome new and longtime event hosts, resource providers, and bloggers. We appreciate your generosity and capacity to support those facing loss, adversity, mortality, and your invitation to others to sit with grief AND to recognize transformational opportunities for growth. This meet-up will includes a Sonic Spa experience led by Deep Listening® Facilitator, flutist, Post-Trauma Growth Coach, and Reimagine collaborator Jane Rigler.

This will be the first of four gatherings taking place in 2026. Our objective is to strengthen the Reimagine collaborator community by providing more opportunities to get to know one another, to offer professional development opportunities, and peer-to-peer support. These gatherings also provide an opportunity to hold space for one another. So many of you work as grief coaches, doulas, therapists, bodyworkers, and other healing arts. It’s rare to take time with other colleagues to receive the care and attention that you deserve. With that in mind, each meet-up will dedicate time for mindfulness, meditation, or a creative practice by and for Reimagine collaborators.

We are encouraging you to submit events, resources, and blog posts from February to April 2026 related to the following themes:

Loss and Bereavement (i.e. mourning and grieving beloveds and others who have died)

Caregiving (i.e., the struggle to support those who are ill)

Facing Bias and Prejudice (i.e., the emotional wounds of racism and other forms of discrimination)

Regrets and Failings (i.e., the moments we wish we could rewrite)

This spring, Reimagine is hosting Never Can Say Goodbye, a three-part series hosted by death doula Darnell Lamont Walker in conjunction with his new book. And we’d like to use this series to amplify the aforementioned themes and the work that you contribute to Reimagine. We’ll promote events, resources, and blog posts in our e-news and announce your activities at virtual events.

In addition, we’ll provide you with a suite of graphics using Reimagine’s newly branded look. Graphics come in different sizes to use on your website, e-news and social media, and other communications. They include a photo that you provide, your logo (optional), and your event title and date. If you wish to have graphics produced, it is NOT a requirement to align them with the aforementioned themes or series.

After you submit content to the portal, please fill out this form so that we can easily collect your assets to produce the graphics.
