I created a path to transforming the loss into meaning and beauty through mindfulness, creativity, and connection with nature. It's about learning to hold life's losses and challenges in one hand and life's immense beauty in the other.
I work as a psychotherapist, mindfulness and creativity coach, writer, and photographer. I am a mindfulness teacher at University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill's Program in Integrative Medicine and a NC Regional Coordinator for the Climate Psychology Alliance of North America.
I teach workshops that include: The Mindful Way Through Grief; Writing as Meditation; Writing with the Earth; Mindful Photography
