I‘ve been offering this form of guided meditation weekly for the past four years in a corporate setting. It‘s been a blessing in disguise to have the unique opportunity during this pandemic to share the offering more broadly and host people from around the world, knowing we’re all in this together. I believe by supporting specifically men in safely uncovering and following their true aspirations in life, I’m contributing to creating authentic allies to women and ultimately allies to humanity and the planet as a whole. My offering includes guided visualization meditations and coaching in a 1 on 1 setting. Partnering with my client, I support them in uncovering and working towards the goals they truly aspire to, with more focus, clarity and ease. And let's not forget fun!
