I am a cultural strategist and former human resources professional in the private sector. As the CEO of LDJ Global Connections, I am committed to elevated transformation by examining our individual and organizational C.U.L.T.U.R.E. and by cultivating F.A.I.T.H. in one’s self and team. I am also the senior pastor of the St. Matthew' Baptist Church of Harlem and an adjunct professor of multicultural studies for the City University of New York I’ve written two books and I'm cancer survivor and an advocate of both adults and children with ADHD. In a world of disruption, my passion is to encourage people to understand that there is strength in our differences.
