Determined to change, I began to regularly follow simple gratitude practices to help me reconnect with the inherent gift of life, and the gifts within my life. The impact of these practices have had on my life have been profound. Hoping to help others, I began to share gratitude practices with others in the form of meditations. Since then, I have been honored to have over 250 000 individuals listen to my guided gratitude reflections and meditations . This year, I also developed a gratitude blog, where I share research, stories and perspectives on creating and maintaining a more grateful life. Today, I offer you the opportunity to create your own personalized gratitude reflection around a loss you have experienced.
