My Story
I am a 1.5 generation immigrant, daughter of immigrants, from South Korea who suddenly became my father’s caregiver and medical power of attorney when he was diagnosed with stage four bile duct cancer. I am also a professional chef, master food preserver, culinary historian and fermentation instructor.
