Our Story
I, Kaira Jewel Lingo, am a Zen and Vipassana teacher who has been practicing mindfulness since 1997. I have integrated InterPlay into mindfulness meditation teaching for 15 years and have experienced how powerful both of these practices are in the service of transformation and letting go. I, Agnotti Cowie, am a Chicago native that is passionate about the intersection of social justice, community dialogue and performing arts. I facilitate workshops employing a variety of pedagogical techniques such as InterPlay, Theatre of the Oppressed and Devising to engage cross-cultural narratives. I facilitate workshops in drama, spoken word, storytelling and movement. Recently, I has took my work around the globe, facilitating workshops in Vietnam, India and Germany.
