My Story
Dr Pia Interlandi is an academic at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia, where she completed her PhD "[A]Dressing Death: Fashioning Garments for the Grave" in 2012.
Her practice-led research traverses between the fashion and funeral industry where she specialises in co-creating garments and death rituals for body care and dressing conducted by the family. She has dressed over 150 individuals...

Co-founding the Natural Death Advocacy Network in 2014, Pia is also is an ambassador for Dying2Know Day and a member of the Order of the Good Death.
