Our Story
On Tuesday, March 17, 2020, my mom passed away at the age of 79. Losing one's mother is extremely difficult, but losing her during a global pandemic when she's quarantined in Los Angeles, you're quarantined in NYC, and your brother is quarantined in Washington DC is simply impossible.
Fortunately, my wife and friends, led by Sam Nesbitt, immediately stepped in with a solution: host a virtual memo...

In just two days, Sam built a beautiful tribute website, and with his help, I hosted an online memorial service attended by over 300 friends and family.
A few days later, Sam and I realized that there were many other grieving families who were unable to physically get together to commemorate the loss of their loved ones. For that reason, we built and launched Remembering Live to help others during their time of need.
