My Story
Rhyena Halpern is a professional End of Life Doula, Death and Dying Educator, and board-certified Wellness Coach. She is passionate about working with people to develop a positive and loving end of life plan for themselves, and to support their loved ones as a compassionate, neutral third party. Rhyena Halpern is a professional End of Life Doula, Death and Dying Educator, and board-certified Wellness Coach. She leads advanced care directive workshops, death cafes, and classes on death and dying for the Elisabeth Kubler Ross Foundation and Mission Hospice.
Rhyena received certification from the University of Vermont’s Lasher School of Medicine Professional End of Life Program in 2020. Previously, she spent many years working as a documentary filmmaker, adjunct professor and arts manager in the public sector supporting artists and arts organizations.
Her work is an expression of her spiritual path and she is most inspired by people who want to live and die with intentionality.
