I believe passionately that the arts provide windows to our souls and psyches, too often left shut because our busy lives and bossy brains get in the way. Write To Be You Reflective Writing Circles are designed to let you breathe, while opening up new spaces within. The experience allows creative blocks to dissolve, encourages Deep Listening to Ourselves and Others and explores how a self-compassion practice can transform our creative lives. I have a BA in Screenwriting and an MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy. I began my career as a children’s bookseller and have published a children's book and an adult novel. I have worked therapeutically with adults and children in schools, universities and non-profits in London and Los Angeles. My mother always told me that ‘Girls Can Do Anything!’ a mantra that helped reveal to me that self-belief is the key to creative freedom.
