Mesothelioma Hub
Whether you’re a patient who’s just been diagnosed with mesothelioma or a friend or family member looking for ways to support your loved one, we’re here for you.
A resource by Morgan Barnhardt
My name is Morgan and I’m part of the engagement team for Mesothelioma Hub and our mission is to educate and support as many people as possible, especially those affected by this deadly cancer that kills about 2,000-3,000 people a year. A mesothelioma diagnosis comes with many complications. Aside from the cancer itself, other problems like mental health can make the process even more complicated. Sadly, 75% of cancer-related suicides are patients with depression.
It's important for patients and their families to know there are support groups and other resources to help them in their time of need. Studies show that cancer patients and their families who utilize therapy and support groups are less likely to turn to substance abuse or self-harm. For these reasons, we would love to be featured on your site. So please, visit our page for more information: www.mesotheliomahub.com/mesothelioma/complications/m
