Offering guidance & support for life transitions

Caring for yourself, family, friend, neighbor, or client, who is aging, has a chronic or terminal illness, can be isolating & overwhelming, but can also be a gift.

Your presence, your planning, your pausing is a Gift.

Be Present Care acknowledges that family dynamics and grief are REAL and can get in the way of being as present for who you care for, including yourself. In a lot areas in life and planning for death, having a compassionate mentor/coach can be a welcome and vital life line.

As a Continuum of Care Coach & Consultant, I offer coordination, guidance, and resources to support individuals, families and healthcare professionals in adapting to their changing needs as well as creating and facilitating informative and intimate conversations and workshops on care planning.
