I offer guidance for individuals, couples, families, and groups in a wide variety of spiritual matters. Having tasted much trauma and loss myself, I'm especially familiar with grief as a spiritual process. And I'm here to help you navigate it.

In general, I accompany and coach you as you connect with Spirit, Soul, & the Sacred, sharing steady presence and fresh insight. From the beginning to the end of our process together, we focus on your spirituality, no matter what form it takes.

​Often we do this by engaging with Nature, ritual, story, relationships, grief, calling, vocation, creativity, and mystery. My expertise and approach are Nature-based, non-dogmatic, and eclectically rooted in the Mystic traditions.

My ultimate goal: to help you craft and live out a sacred vision and mission statement for your life!

I offer services online, and in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the Greater Twin Cities MN area.
