how a more conscius relationship between the space around us and our own somatic patterns can foster a sense of deeper connection. We will do this through the observation of some work of art in dialogue with our own bodies.

Our Story

Anna and Eleonora met around their common research around movement as a way of seeing. Anna Cimoli is an art historian based in Milan. After graduating in Art History, she earned a diploma in Museology at the Ecole du Louvre in Paris and a Ph.D. in History of Architecture. She teaches at the State University in Milan. Anna and Eleonora met around their common research around movement as a way of seeing. Anna Cimoli is an art historian based in Milan. After graduating in Art History, she earned a diploma in Museology at the Ecole du Louvre in Paris and a Ph.D. in History of Architecture. She teaches at the State University in Milan. She designs experimental projects aimed at audience development, social inclusion and a more layered representation of cultural diversity. Eleonora Parrello has a BA in Foreign Languages and Communication Studies. She studied theatre and contemporary dance in Milan, London and New York. After ten years of Sensitive Dance® practice she met the Body-Mind Centering® approach, certifying as Somatic Movement Educator, BMC® Practitioner and BMC® Teacher. Her personal research is addressed to both adults and children, integrating somatic movement, art and education.
