Hi. I'm an artist, inventor, and counselor who has spent the last 5 years exploring spirituality, meditation, and philosophy from an embodied perspective. Like many people in our modern world, I felt that I was too disconnected from my emotions, from the present moment, and from my body. My journey of spiritual embodiment took me from studying psychology, to meditation, to Qi Gong, to talk therapy, to breathwork, to somatic experiencing, to plant medicines, and now to service. I offer guided meditations, personal counseling, and engage in active listening circles in a variety of contexts. So many people have helped me along my way, and I find that my most authentic and rewarding expression of gratitude comes from passing that help forward to others.
