We are here to reimagine how workplaces address grieving employees. We are here to reimagine what it means to manager and support grieving employees to keep them engaged and connected to their work families.

As managers, people leaders and HR, we are not taught how to handle grief in the workplace. In fact, we are often taught the opposite - ignore it. Or worse, since we're taught that our job as managers is to problem solve, we try to fix it. No wonder why grieving employees feel disconnected and disengaged. Grief Warrior's work brings recognition, respect and reconnection to the grieving. Our Founder, Leslie Barber, began this work after the 2015 death of her husband, Steve, and the resulting experiences she had grieving in a corporate environment. Grief Warrior gives HR and managers the tools to embrace and handle the discomfort of grief, including their own. This program has never before been offered to the public - until here at Reimagine.
