Through creativity, volunteerism and philanthropy, our mission is to profoundly change the experiences of aging, illness and grief—one family at a time. Through a community-wide vision, our founders recognized the need for comprehensive and collaborative care for those facing serious illness and grief. Creative and effective hospice and palliative care as well as extensive bereavement services for people of all ages is offered in the counties we serve. For our organization, woven into the communities we serve, philanthropy is key in supporting the mission. Support is raised through grants, individual & corporate gifts, events and support from our retail businesses. We are proud to celebrate 27 years of meaningful care for our friends and neighbors across western Colorado regardless of their ability to pay.
