My Story
John Byrne Barry is a writer, designer, actor, bike tour leader, and crossing guard.
His third novel, When I Killed My Father: An Assisted-Suicide Family Thriller, was inspired and informed by by his family’s experience with his mother, who died at 95 after ten years of falling deeper into dementia.
He is a contributing writer for Cake, an end-of-life planning website.
