I am here to reimagine...
I am here to reimagine how those with a great fear discussing death and dying can become less anxious.
My book, The Endless Wave - Skateboarding, Death and Spirituality seeks to spark discussions, especially from the most reluctant people.
My Story

"The Concrete Wave" also became a magazine that I founded in 2002. In 2018, I sold my business and wound up working as a funeral director’s assistant. As I looked back on my decades as a skater and publisher I began to ruminate on what I was experiencing at the funeral home. I started to get feeling there might be a book opportunity.
I decided to start writing again and in 2023, I co-wrote the book The Endless Wave - Skateboarding, Death and Spirituality.
My goal is to reach people who normally don’t want to talk about death.
