I am Scientific Advisor of Mille Gru, a cultural association based in Milan, whose aim is to develop and spread poetry therapy in Italy. Furthermore, I am an author in Mille Gru’s ezine of Poetry therapy where I interview experts of this discipline from all around the world.
My dream is to create a bridge between art and science to give scientific evidence to the use of poetries and literary works in psychological support.
I am aware of poetries' therapeutic power thanks to the help I had when writing in my personal blog in difficult times. I write poetry since I understood how to grab a pen.
