Creative Session for Grief, Stress, Overwhelm, Anxiety

After experiencing grief, loss, or significant life change, we’re overwhelmed with countless emotions, thoughts, and physical changes while our minds are often stuck in a fog. 

It’s not something we should navigate alone. 

That’s why this session is designed to help you slow down for a moment to focus and reflect, express yourself creatively, while having the opportunity to share what’s on your heart. 

Bonus: You’ll learn a new self-regulation tool you can use anytime!

Join me on Zoom from your own comfortable space where you’ll engage in an imaginative activity, gain insights, and have an opportunity to express whatever is weighing on you.

During this time, you will be guided through a neurographic art project. That’s a sciencey way of saying having fun drawing shapes and lines!

It’s designed to help you focus, reflect, and remain grounded while engaging the deeper, introspective parts of your brain.

Our Inspiration

Creativity helped me navigate some of my toughest moments in my grief journey through art, writing, dance, and community. I've really come to enjoy guiding others through the power of creativity to help them process and express their grief and I love seeing how it helps them move forward in a healthy and deep way.
