Our Inspiration

The *Get Griefy Small Business Collective* was born from my own journey of navigating loss while building something meaningful. After losing my mom and experiencing postpartum grief, I realized how isolating both grief and entrepreneurship could be—especially when your work is rooted in loss, healing, and transformation. I craved a space where small business owners and creatives in the grief world could connect, collaborate, and lift each other up. I’ve met so many incredible people doing heart-centered work—grief coaches, artists, therapists, writers, and creators—who all understand that grief isn’t just personal; it’s a movement. I wanted to create a community where we could share resources, support each other’s businesses, and amplify our collective impact. This isn’t just about business growth—it’s about making sure the work we do reaches the people who need it most. Because when we come together, we don’t just survive—we thrive.
