We’re living at a time where our collective and individual grief is with us at all times, affecting our overall wellbeing. Whether you’re grieving the loss of your life pre-pandemic, relationships, identities, a pet or loved ones, we can use the tools available to us to acknowledge, understand and process our grief.
Through a shared safe and brave space, meditation, writing, and dialogue — we’ll alleviate our grief while forming deeper connections to ourselves and each other.
This is part of a weekly Grief Relief series. Mondays at 8pm ET are open to all and Wednesdays at 8pm ET are BIPOC only gatherings.
