Grief Support Card

A grief card created to help you show up with care, connection, and compassion when someone you love is navigating loss.

A resource by Camila Crews, Founder, Sorry For Your Loss

display description

When someone you care about is grieving, it's easy to worry about saying the wrong thing. The truth is, people rarely remember the perfect words. They remember who showed up.

That's why I created the Sorry For Your Loss grief support card.

Designed with care and intention, this card offers quiet solidarity during one of life's hardest moments. It's blank inside, giving you the freedom to write from the heart, whether that's a few simple words or a longer note.

What makes this card different is what happens after it's opened. A discreet QR code on the back connects the recipient to Pull-Up Passes, a practical resource designed to make it easier for friends, family members, and loved ones to offer meaningful support. It's one more way to turn compassion into action and remind someone they don't have to navigate grief alone.

Each card is professionally printed on premium 5x7-inch cardstock, paired with a Kraft envelope, and packaged in a protective sleeve.

Because support shouldn't end when the card is opened. It should be the beginning of showing up.

My Inspiration

I created Sorry For Your Loss because grief changed my life, and it changed the way I saw the world. After losing my mom, I experienced firsthand how isolating grief can be. People cared deeply, but so many wanted to help without knowing how. I realized there was a gap between our intentions and our actions. Years later, I lost my father in a different way. He disappeared, and our family has been searching for answers ever since. That experience deepened my understanding that grief doesn't always come with closure, and neither does healing. I created these cards because I wanted to give people a meaningful way to show up. Not just to say, "I'm sorry for your loss," but to open the door to ongoing support. That's why every card includes a QR code that connects to Pull-Up Passes, practical resources that help transform care into action. My hope is that one small card becomes the beginning of a larger conversation and reminds someone they're not alone, not just today, but in the days and weeks that follow. I believe grief is something we'll all experience. Support should be something we all know how to give.
