Pull-Up Passes: I'm Here for You

We've all said it.

"Let me know if you need anything."

It comes from a good place, but when someone is grieving, figuring out what to ask for can feel impossible.

That's why I created Pull-Up Passes: I'm Here for You.

This downloadable resource is for anyone who wants to support a grieving friend, family member, coworker, or neighbor but isn't sure where to start. Instead of waiting to be asked, Pull-Up Passes gives you simple, meaningful ways to show up.

Each printable pass is an invitation to take action. Whether it's dropping off dinner, picking up groceries, sitting together in silence, or remembering an important date, every small act reminds someone they don't have to carry their grief alone.

Inside you'll find:

  • Eight printable Pull-Up Passes
  • Practical ways to offer support without adding pressure
  • Ideas that make it easier to turn compassion into action

Grief can feel isolating. Support doesn't have to.

Download your Pull-Up Passes, print them, share them, or keep them on hand for the moment someone you care about needs them most.

If you're looking for additional grief support resources, you can also pair Pull-Up Passes with our Sorry For Your Loss greeting cards or our practical grief guide for even more ways to show up with care.

My Inspiration

I created Pull-Up Passes because I realized most people want to help someone who's grieving. They just don't know how. After losing my dad and experiencing other profound losses, I heard the same words over and over: "Let me know if you need anything." I knew those offers were genuine, but grief makes it incredibly difficult to identify what you need, let alone ask for it. Years later, I found myself saying those same words to friends who were grieving. That's when it hit me. We weren't lacking compassion. We were lacking a roadmap. Pull-Up Passes was born from a simple question: What if we stopped putting the responsibility on grieving people to ask for support and started making it easier for the people who want to help? Every pass is an invitation to act. To bring a meal. To run an errand. To remember an anniversary. To sit in silence. To do something tangible instead of wondering what to say. My hope is that these small acts inspire a bigger shift in how we care for one another. Because grief is something we'll all experience, and support should never depend on having the right words.
