I am here to reimagine a world in which everyone feels seen, heard, and validated within their grief. A world where we are able to have the hard conversations. A world in which our grief is supported and held.
Our Story
Forced Joy Project is a grief support organization, an online community, and a resource hub for coping with grief and loss. Its signature grief gift is the Book of Stories, which helps capture the individual stories of your loved ones who have died.
