I am the founder of Inspired by Indigo, a membership and community dedicated to self-care and social justice. My motto is no blame, no shame, no guilt because those emotions get in the way of learning. What I know is that self-care and getting in our bodies makes it easier to learn facts. And knowing the facts makes it possible to change our minds, hearts, and behavior. And that's how we change ...
