My Inspiration
Several decades ago, my mother relapsed with addiction, nearly died by suicide, then died from cancer three years later. The stress of all of those layers of loss was overwhelming. I transformed those painful experiences and made meaning from them by creating ways to support all of us in being more resilient in the face of unspeakable loss. I created Everyday Mindful newsletter to share with others what I've learned about how to recover from the stress of loss and difficult times and reconnect with life's little joys and beauty again.
