Job Loss Digital Journal

A job loss can leave you grieving a lot more than a paycheck. Work in Progress helps you make sense of the loss and figure out what comes next.

A resource by Camila Crews, Founder, Sorry For Your Loss

display description

What happens when the job that gave your days structure, your identity, your confidence, or simply somewhere to be suddenly isn't there anymore?

Work in Progress is a guided resource that gives you space to sit with what you're feeling, make sense of the loss, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that exist beyond your job.

Through reflection prompts and practical exercises, you'll explore what changed, what you're carrying, what you still have, and what you might want next.

My Inspiration

This was inspired by the tremendous amount of job loss that I've seen particularly as a Black woman. Whether it's job loss or just moving onto another chapter, there can often be an emotional impact when many of us connect our identity to work, however it's something we don't talk about.
