In regards to loss, be it a loved one, a home, a loss of time (perceived as stolen by a perpetrator): In acknowledgment of this place and time as being divine, we are able to release anger, built-up rage, tears, and sensations of not being safe; because, we are here now. We are home, here in our bodies. Wherever our feet carry us, here is our home. Since we are present, our acquired sense of loving energy tells us to quell what holds us back, amending with the stolen past, the losses; to say, sew the sail here on my life journey, I am here today! Grab hold of a wall, build a dream, and when times are difficult, lean on the dream, give energy to dream built in head by working towards, taking steps towards the image you've made for Ahead. There is Future. Squelch the dangerous fire of arming your fears. We do this by giving them thought energy. Gauge some thoughts, see how much energy goes into fear, and how much fear thoughts return back in life. See how much thought energy goes toward the dream you've built in your mind, and work relentlessly towards it, making self-care and love priority. Express your fear and anger in writing, in song, in dance. Move around, and return to the work towards the dream, and essentially, exerting mental and physical energy towards making your dream realized. Release the anger and fear of what happened, what and who was lost, knowing that experience is survivable: it is survived by you. And, in your light, people will come to find you, people only you can support. You are the only one of you, growing and knowing and healing the hurt. Forget revenge, then go for the light. Light is essential in transforming

My Inspiration

I am alive! And, I am Myself. I am free, when not sucked into the oven of remorse and unforgiveness. Notice, that statement has a technicality: I am free, comma, when not. Some powerful experiences have transformed my life to seeking, and storytelling with lessons.
