Through this guided meditation you will begin to build a practice of connecting to your ancestors and loved ones. As you practice you will strengthen the intimate relationship with them and be able to return and continue this relationship when you are called to it.
Our Inspiration
When attempting to speak to my abuela, I slowly formed this practice that helped me hold space with her and other loved ones who have passed away. It helps me to settle into their presence and hold a moment with their energy. It blew me away when I began sharing this meditation and others also had powerful experiences.
