Our Inspiration
Our story began during the Covid-19 pandemic, when we saw how isolation deeply affected older adults both physically and emotionally. Out of love and respect for the elders in our lives, we founded Plantogether, a nonprofit that delivered over 1,000 plants to older adults across NYC, bringing joy, comfort, and connection. But this effort revealed a deeper issue: many home-bound older adults were spending long hours alone or with aides, without meaningful engagement. That is how we carefully designed our company that is reshaping the future of aging-in-place in NYC.
