My Inspiration

I was raised between NYC and a Yoga ashram which means that I've had the opportunity to witness first hand how beneficial it can be for our emotional health when we truly set time aside and slow down. I also know that we don't all have the ability to hop on a plane, or to take multiple days off. A Staycation is a solution for this! All you have to do it pick your day, download your document, and allow yourself to be guided and supported. It's a lovely experience and one that everyone deserves to enjoy.
