I am here to reimagine...

that the storms of grief and the warmth of sunshine can coexist. We can all hold space for the heaviness and struggle and also look for the silver lining in the clouds.

My name is Jenn(y) Dilts. I am one with death and grief, finding treasures in both. I am a Grief, End of Life, and Life Coach offering safe space for people when they are in the trenches. I coach, educate, and support in both individual and group settings. I also work in the areas of death, dying, and suicide. In Life Coaching I help people overcome obstacles, achieve goals, and find new perspectives in their current situations. I allow people to tell their stories in ways that are meaningful to them, encouraging them to discover the strength and answers that lie within. I feel passionate about guiding others to see and stand in their greatness. My journey as a Grief worker began in 2017 as I sat with a friend days after her husband's sudden death. That experience invigorated and excited me. The more I embrace the work I do, the more I love being a travel buddy in this journey of Life.
